Blessing of the Fleet

Our Group participated in The Turquoise Coast Festival Blessing of the Fleet on Saturday, 8 November 2025.  

It was an awesome morning, with boats sailing by and the Jurien Bay Skydivers hanging up above, together with people on the town jetty for the “Blessing of our Vessels and those who sail on them”. Thank you to all our boaties for attending. A big shout out to Graham Morris for organising.  Prior to the event one of our boaties didn’t make it out of the Marina but was rafted up by our crew on Rescue One (“Ocean Watch”) and delivered safely to our Marina jetty.   This was a good experience for those onboard!   Thank you also to our radio operator, Suzanne Troup.
